Tonkotsu Ramen [돈코츠라멘]

Ingredients

soft boiled egg

pork belly chashu

Japanese Noodle

sliced black fungus

beni shoga

menma ajitsuke

tonkotsu ramen soup base



Instructions:

1.tonkosu ramen soup base를 끓입니다.

2.면을 끓는물에 1분간 따로 삶으세요.

3.면을 건저 그릇에 담고 그 위에 각종 고명과 계란을 얹으세요.

4.그위에 끓여놓은 국물을 부어 드세요. 1.Boil the tonkotsu ramen soup base.

2.Cook the noodles separately in boiling water for 1 minute.

3.Drain the noodles, place them in a bowl, and top with various garnishes and an egg.

4.Pour the hot soup over the noodles and enjoy!
