Stir-Fried GlassNoodles And Vegetables [잡채]



Spicy Soft Tofu with

Ingredients:

Black pepper

Soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

Onion

Sesame oil

Pork

Mushroom

Salt

Minced garlic

Carrot

Glass noodle


Instructions:

전자레인지 데우기

1.접시에 먹을만큼 덜어냅니다.

2.랩을씌우고 1분 30초-2분정도만 돌립니다.

3.면이 투명해진것을 확인합니다.


후라이팬에 볶기

1.식용유를 팬에 한 큰술 넣습니다.

2.3-4분정도 면발이 투명해 질때까지 볶아줍니다.


냉동실 보관한 경우

하루전날 냉장고에 두어 해동한뒤 전자렌지 또는 후라이팬에 볶으세요.


Microwave Heating:

1.Place the desired amount on a plate.

2.Cover with a wrap and microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

3.Confirm when the noodles become transparent.


Stir-frying in a Pan

1.Add one large spoonful of cooking oil to the pan

2.Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the noodles become transparent.


If Stored in the Freezer

Thaw in the refrigerator the day before and then heat in the microwave or stir-fry in a pan.
