Stir-Fried Squid with Thin Noodle [오징어볶음소면 밀키트]

Ingredients:

garlic

korean chili flake

onion

cabbage

green onion

gochujang

squid crudo

sugar

carrot

Ground Soybean



Instructions:

1.후라이팬에 적당히 기름을 두르고 센불로 맞춰줍니다.

2.양념된 오징어를 넣고 양념이 타지 않게 볶아줍니다.

3.2분정도 볶은 후 동봉된 야채와 소스를 넣고 볶아주세요.

4.접시에 담은 후 위에 깨를 뿌려주시면 더욱 맛있습니다.


소면삶기

1.냄비에 물1L를 넣고 완전히 바글바글 끓어오를 때 그 때 면을 넣어야합니다.

2.한소끔 끓어오르면 준비한 여분의 차가운 물을 원모양을 그리며 부어주세요. 이렇게 3번 반복하시면 국수가 알맞게 익습니다.

3.면이 적당히 삶아졌다면 흐르는 차가운 물에 헹궈볼게요.


볶아놓은 오징어 볶음 옆으로 소면을 얹어주세요.




Instructions:

  1. Heat a frying pan over high heat with an appropriate amount of oil.

  2. Add the seasoned squid to the pan and stir-fry, making sure the seasoning doesn’t burn.

  3. After stir-frying for about 2 minutes, add the included vegetables and sauce, and continue stir-frying.

  4. Once done, transfer to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added flavor.


Cooking the Somen Noodles:

  1. Pour 1 liter of water into a pot and bring it to a full boil. When the water is vigorously boiling, add the noodles.

  2. Once the water comes to a boil again, pour in a small amount of cold water in a circular motion. Repeat this process three times to cook the noodles perfectly.

  3. Once the noodles are cooked to the right consistency, rinse them under cold running water.


Finally, place the cooked somen noodles next to the stir-fried squid on the plate.
