Spicy Stir-fried Webfoot Octopus with Udon

Jjukkumi Udon bokkeum [쭈꾸미우동볶음밀키트]

Ingredients

garlic

soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

korean chili flake

onion

cabbage

green onion

gochujang

sugar

carrot

webfoot octopus

noodle


Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan and add the enclosed oil and seasoning sauce. Stir-fry the vegetables.

  2. Rinse the udon noodles in lukewarm water to loosen them.

  3. Add the seasoned squid to the pan and stir-fry until all the ingredients are well mixed. Once they are well combined, add the udon noodles.

Tip: You can also enjoy this dish with additional noodles like somyeon or other types you have at home.

  1. 달군 팬에 동봉된 기름 & 양념장을 넣고 야채를 볶습니다.

  2. 우동사리는 미지근한물어 씻어 풀어줍니다.

  3. 양념된 쭈꾸미를 넣고 재료들이 섞이게 볶아주다가 잘 어우러지면 우동 사리 넣습니다.


Tip. 집에있는 소면이나 다른 사리를 추가로 곁들여 드시면 좋습니다.
