Instructions:
1.냄비에 사골육수 500ml 와 같은양의 물 500ml를 넣고 끓입니다.
2. 동봉된 소스2개와 곱창을 넣고 10분간 끓입니다.
3. 곱창이 부드럽게 익었으면 야채를 넣고 3분간 더 끓입니다.
4. 우삼겹 고기를 넣고 3분간 한번 더 끓여줍니다.
5.부족한 간은 소금으로 맞춰주세요!
6. 집에 당면이나 우동 사리를 추가하셔도 좋습니다.
7. 맛있게 드시고 남은 국물을 자작하게 졸여서 볶음밥을 만들어 드셔도 좋습니다.
Pour 500ml of beef bone broth and 500ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the two included sauce packets and the gopchang (beef tripe), then simmer for 10 minutes.
Once the gopchang is tender, add the vegetables and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Add the sliced beef brisket and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Feel free to add glass noodles or udon noodles if you have them at home.
Enjoy your meal!
After eating, reduce the leftover broth until it thickens and use it to make fried rice. It's a delicious way to finish the dish!
Tip: After enjoying the broth, leave about 1-2 ladles of soup, add a bowl of rice, two eggs, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry it until the rice becomes slightly crispy, making for a hearty meal.
