Instructions:
1.사누끼우동 2개를 삶아 물기를빼고 그릇에 담아주세요
(마제소바는 따뜻한비빔우동이라 면을 식히지않아요)

2.소고기를 후라이팬에 살짝 데우듯 볶아줍니다.
3.그릇에 면을 담고 소고기, 쪽파, 부추, 김, 가쓰오부시를 담아주세요.

4.제일위에 계란노른자를 예쁘게 올린후 소스를 부어주세요.
5.골고루 비벼드시면 됩니다.
Tip. 면을 다 드시고 나면 소고기랑 양념이 남는데 밥한숟가락 비벼드시면 좋습니다!
1.Cook the Sanuki udon noodles (2 packs) and drain them thoroughly.
Place them in a bowl. (Note: Mazesoba is a warm stirred udon dish, so do not cool the noodles.)
2.Sauté the beef lightly in a frying pan until just heated through.
3.Assemble the dish: Arrange the noodles in the bowl and top with the sautéed beef, chopped green onions, garlic chives, seaweed strips, and katsuobushi.
4.Finish with a raw egg yolk: Place the yolk on top for presentation and pour the sauce over the dish.
5.Mix well before eating to enjoy all the flavors evenly combined.
Tip: After finishing the noodles, you’ll notice leftover beef and sauce in the bowl. Mix a spoonful of rice into the remains for an extra treat!
