Korean Fish Cutlet

Ingredients:

Breadcrumbs

Black pepper

Salt

Flour

Egg

Tilapia fish

Tartar Sauce

Mash Potato


Instructions:

방법1: 프라이팬: 160도~170도 가열한 식용유에 생선까스를 넣고 2분간 튀기세요.

방법2: 에어프라이어: 170도 6분 정도만 데워드세요.

Tip! 생선까스를 함께 보내드리는 타르타르 소스에 찍어 매쉬포테이토와 함께 드시면 더욱 맛있어요!


1: In a frying pan heated to 160-170 degrees, fry the fish cutlet for 2 minutes in cooking oil.

2: In an air fryer, preheat to 170 degrees and cook for about 6 minutes.


Tip! Enjoy it even more with the accompanying Tartar sauce & Mash Potato!
