Kimchi Pancake [김치전]


Instruction

  • In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

  • Pour half of the batter into the skillet, and spread it evenly to create a thin pancake.

  • Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.

  • Carefully flip the pancake over, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and crispy.

  • Repeat steps 3-6 with the remaining batter and vegetable oil.

  • Cut the pancakes into wedges, and serve with soy dipping sauce.

조리법

  • 가열된 프라이팬에 기름을 두른 후 반죽을 국자로 떠 넣는다.

  • 중간 세기의 불에서 뒤지개로 눌러가며 적당한 색상이 날때까지 약 3-4분간 구워준다.

  • 남은 반죽 들도 같은 방법으로 전 끝 부분이 바싹 해질때 까지 굽는다.
