Gatsuo Naengudong [가쓰오 냉우동]

Ingredients

Instructions:
1.냄비에 물을 붓고 물을 끓여줍니다.
2.물이 끓으면 우동사리를 넣어서 삶아줍니다. (1분이면 충분해요!)
3.찬물에 면을 행굽니다.
4.그릇에 사각얼음을 10조각 넣습니다.
5.탱탱한 우동사리를 얼음위에 얹습니다.
6.제공된 육수를 흔들어서 그릇에 붓습니다.
7.제공된 갈은 무와, 미역 그리고 파를 얹습니다.
8.그 위에 에어프라이어 350도 2분간 데운 새우 튀김을 얹습니다.
Tip. 제공된 육수에는 와사비가 첨가되어있습니다. 만약 더 매콥함을 원하신다면 와사비를 추가해서 드세요!
1.Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
2.Once the water is boiling, add the udon noodles and cook them for about 1 minute.
3.Rinse the noodles in cold water.
4.Put 10 ice cubes in a bowl.
5.Place the firm udon noodles on top of the ice.
6.Shake the provided broth and pour it into the bowl.
7.Add the provided grated radish, seaweed, and green onions.
8.Place the shrimp tempura, heated in an air fryer at 350°F for 2 minutes, on top.
Tip. The provided broth contains wasabi. If you prefer a spicier taste, feel free to add more wasabi.
