Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu [등촌샤브칼국수]

Ingredients

oyster mushroom

soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

beef brisket

watercress

Kalguksu Noodles

Red Pepper Paste

Red pepper Powder


Instructions:


1.육수를 냄비에 넣고 끓여줍니다.

2.동봉된 소스도 넣고 함께 끓여주세요.

3.감자를 0.5inch 두께로 썰어 넣고 5분간 끓여주세요.

4.감자가 반쯤익었을때 나머지 야채와 고기도 함께 넣어주세요.

5.칼국수는 흐르는물에 살짝 씻어 밀가루를 털어낸뒤 끓여줍니다.

6.칼국수를 고기, 야채와 함께 끓여드셔도 좋고 고기를 다 드신후 마지막에 넣어 드셔도 좋습니다.


Tip. 건더기를 다 드신 국물을 1-2국자만 남겨두고 밥한공기, 계란두개, 소금한꼬집을 넣고 볶아주고, 살짝 누룬볶음밥이 될때까지 기다려 주면 든든한 한끼가 됩니다.




  1. Pour the broth into a pot and bring it to a boil.

  2. Add the provided sauce and boil together.

  3. Slice the potato into 0.5-inch pieces and add them to the pot, cooking for 5 minutes.

  4. When the potatoes are halfway cooked, add the remaining vegetables and meat.

  5. Lightly rinse the kalguksu noodles under running water to remove excess flour, then add them to the pot.

  6. You can enjoy the noodles with the meat and vegetables, or add them at the end after finishing the meat.


Tip: After enjoying the broth, leave about 1-2 ladles of soup, add a bowl of rice, two eggs, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry it until the rice becomes slightly crispy, making for a hearty meal.
