Cold Buckwheat Soba
Momil Soba [냉모밀소바]

Ingredients:
soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)
green onion
dried seaweed
Buckwheat noodles
Wasabi
Instructions:
1.메밀면을 끓는물에 6분 삶아줍니다.
2.중간중간 찬물을 부어주시면 더욱 쫄깃합니다.
3.다 끓었으면 찬물에 3회이상 헹궈주세요.
4.채에 바쳐 물기를 털어주고 접시에 담습니다.
5.제공된 쯔유소스 분량의 2배 만큼 물을 넣어 희석시켜 그릇에 담습니다.
6.추가로 얼음 5-7조각을 넣습니다.
7.희석된 소스에 갈은 무, 파, 기호에 따라 와사비를 넣어 섞어줍니다.
8. 면을 조금씩 소스에 적셔서 먹습니다.
1.Boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes.
2.For a chewier texture, pour cold water into the pot occasionally while boiling.
3.Once cooked, rinse the noodles under cold water at least three times.
4.Drain the noodles in a strainer to remove excess water and place them on a plate.
5.Dilute the provided amount of tsuyu sauce with twice the amount of water, and pour it into a bowl.
6.Add 5-7 ice cubes to the diluted sauce.
7.Mix in grated radish, chopped green onions, and wasabi according to your taste.
8.Dip the noodles into the sauce a little at a time and enjoy.
