Beef Mushroom Hotpot [소고기버섯전골]

Heat and eat


Ingredients

beef

soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

onion

shiitake mushroom

enoki mushroom

glass noodle

watercress

Oyster Mushroom


Instructions:

1.냄비에 버섯, 미나리, 양파, 파, 소고기를 넣어주세요.

2.동봉된 육수 2팩을 냄비에 넣고 국물이 끓어오를때까지 충분히 끓여주세요.

3.소스를 넣어 간을 맞추세요.

4.어느정도 야채가 익으면 당면을 넣고 2분간 끓여주세요.

5.고기는 먹기좋은 크기로 잘라주신 후 맛있게 드세요!


1.Add mushrooms, water parsley, onion, green onion, and beef into a pot.

2.Pour the two included broth packs into the pot and boil thoroughly until the soup comes to a boil.

3.Add the sauce to season to taste.

4.Once the vegetables are partially cooked, add the glass noodles and boil for another 2 minutes.

5.Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, then enjoy your meal!
