Beef Bone Broth with Handmade Korean Sausage [사골순대국]

Ingredients

black pepper

garlic

soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

green onion

ox bone

korean sausage

Red Pepper Paste


Instructions:

  1. 사골곰탕을 냄비에 부어 끓여줍니다.

  2. 육수가 끓으면 순대와 고기를 넣어줍니다.

  3. 기호에 따라 새우젓을 약간 넣고 더 끓여줍니다.

  4. 불을끄고 그릇에 덜어 놓은 후 부추를 올려줍니다.


Tip. 기호에 따라 다대기를 넣어 드세요.


  1. Pour the beef bone broth into a pot and bring it to a boil.

  2. Once the broth is boiling, add the soondae (Korean blood sausage) and meat.

  3. Season with a small amount of salted shrimp, depending on your preference, and let it boil a bit longer.

  4. Turn off the heat, ladle the soup into a bowl, and top it with chives.


    Tip: Add a spicy seasoning paste (daedaegi) if you prefer a spicier flavor.
