    Our meals are labeled as "mild", "medium" and "hot" so that you may select your preferred amount of heat. i’m allergic to specific foods.

  • How many servings are in each meal?
    Most of our meals come with 2 servings.
  • How should I store leftovers?
    Leftovers can be refrigerated for 2-3 days or stored in the freezer for up to one week.
  • How do i select the meals I want?
    To select meals and adjust preferences, log into your account dashboard to explore your personalized "meal preferences" and "upcoming meals." preferences can be changed at any time. upcoming meals can be adjusted pending the dates and times listed on your personal profile.
  • How do I skip my order?
    To skip a week or change your delivery date, log into your account dashboard and click "My Account" then go to "Upcoming Meals" to choose the week you would like to skip.You may skip a week of delivery up to 5 days in advance of your originally-scheduled delivery date. You will not be charged for the skipped week. Billing and delivery will resume the following week.
  • How do I change a plan?
    To modify the amount of wheat you are subscribed to, please follow these steps: ‍ 1. Go to "Manage Plan" in your "My Account" section. 2. Cancel your current meal plan. 3. Select the new meal plan and subscription price you wish to change to.4 4. Please find the changed subscription price below 5. Confirm your new subscription. 6.   • When can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order before the order deadline. (before Monday 5pm / Friday 5pm) If you cancel after the order deadline but before the delivery, the entire order will be canceled and you will not receive the food. To cancel next orders, you must press the "Cancel" button after receiving the current delivery.
  • When will I be charged for a meal delivery?
    For subscription orders, you will be charged every Tuesday regardless of the delivery date. For one-time orders, payment is taken immediately.
  • Do you take back the boxes and ice packs used for food delivery?
    We collect the boxes and ice packs on the day of delivery. Please leave them at your doorstep and our delivery driver will take them.
  • How can I find a recipe?
    You can find cooking guides for menus that require them in the recipe page among our cooking methods.
  • When can I cancel my order?
